Pete?s comments did not rule out a cap raising, going to all measures to prevent one does not mean it won?t come.
How would an insto help ACL? Why let them get in at a low price?
If there is a capital raising I hope is to retail guys like us, so an insto has to enter by paying more on market rising the SP. Also an insto provides no further benefit to a company like ACL which is very simple to manage.
