It is correct that Dr Reddy's has not made an announcement, and that the stock is trading.
I would not be too definitive JUST YET that this means that FDA approval has not come through.
Dr Reddy is not nearly as reliant as ACL on FDA approval for this product. . . . .and therefore wouldn't need to go into trading halt just because something was coming down the pipe.
Still - I agree that it is not a good sign.
