That article is pretty interesting. It sounds like they are also having trouble gettting access to the cells. Hence they are going down this capsid path. I guess they will have to start trials again again with their new delivery system so they will be a while off. my personal view is that in this area it is good to have more than one person working on it. At least from the point of view of the patient. If there is only one option and it fails it is pretty terrible. Also sometimes two drugs can work better together than one alone.
