    Well in the absence of any announcements, perhaps today's closing auction could tell us something. I'm not that familiar with pump and dumps and takeovers, but i would guess that a pump and dump would see the price fall after the close whereas a takeover would see it rise on high volume? Surely some fraction of the volume is day traders making thousands of every other .1 cent move.
