    Cap raised $4m back in Jan 28th for $0.015 266m units are being dumped. Don't you think if institution sold off their 266m units for profit it could easily go beyond 5c? the visa deal is solid average price before the 5yrs deal was 2c now only 3.3c definitely undervalued some like spt x4 after MasterCard partnership. I strongly believe with visa the potential future growth could be exponential. 3 years ago 9sp was at 16c
