could this be the reason for delay ?, page-10

G'day all,

Just finished speaking with the OM of TIS. Suffice to say that my concerns have been allayed. Rather than go into the depth of the conversation we had, I will say this.

1. TIS watch Hot Copper of a daily basis and do read what is being said in the threads.

2. BSI are the ones that have been contracted to do the job and they are the ones that deal with MHRA. TIS does not and can not get involved in the arbritation process. It is between BSI and MHRA. TIS is working on measures to cover any request that MHRA may have, should they be asked.

3. TIS are not sitting on their hands and are being pro-active with their efforts to get the product to market by generating sales etc.

In conclusion, I accept the position that TIS is in on this matter and am prepared to wait for the final decision.

I also came to the conclusion that we still have a great product that will have a great impact once it gets to the marketplace.

Patience is the key.
