    The offshore drilling regulations are controlled within the Offshore Petroleum and Greenhouse Storage Act 2008. The drilling is in Commonwealth waters and NOPSA ( National Offshore Petroleum Safety Authority ) are the regulators and enforcers of the Act.

    Therefore the point you make does not concern this project.
