This is both confusing and concerning. I thought we had already received, and responded to, an Issues Paper, and that no Issues were outstanding - ie, SMN and Delta Engineering had responded to all the queries raised. Yet this FAA report, dated as recently as December 31, 2021, seems to suggest that the Issues Paper has not even been prepared.
Is there more than one Issues Paper? Who is actually responsible for its preparation? Are we just back where we were a year ago?
