the ausco shareholders are basically protecting both themselves and all the CRB shareholders at the exclusion and more than likely annoyance of those existing CRB shareholders listed in the top 20 who are intent on satisfying their own greed with this resource.

they have voted down that sand box ruse , what a joke that project was ..... they have alerted the shareholders to the surrender fiasco which inho was as good example of a pheonix transaction as you could get.

you have a blatant attempt for vote manipulation transaction for the next white elephant project DSS .

they ausco shareholders with the help of the smart and loyal CRB shareholder's have got rid of Main, Cranston , Malone, and Batten, where in lies the problem because they just keep replacing muppets with muppets .

last AGM Batten was provided two well qualified replacements fir the two that got sacked . but would rather see the project fall over rather than have their ego accept they are not actually skilled or connected enough to progress this project .

in short ego and greed are the hurdles in this project and until the children in charge grow up and let the right people drive it , there is going to be a mountain of dirty nappies.

its a struggle though and would be a lot simpler and tidier if the regulators did their job properly and took some action to prevent this sort of situation arising . the lack of any deterrent just opens the flood gates for this rubbish and just compounds the number of their case files .these blokes are not on the look out for a great project, they just looking for a control , issue, ramp and exit opportunity . and thats the only thing they do . just take a look at their history
