2nd remuneration strike , spill resolution , each director needs to be reelected anyway as there are no exemptions on status. have your nominations ready and eject these pretenders for good this time.
the shareholders have been waiting two long years for this.
when were they going to tell us about the new state gov FNA over the area , should have been an announcement on this. poor effort.... fail
why is malone still there . she was sacked by the shareholders last AGM as. director and gave 3 months notice as company secretary ,whilst cranston pays her from cash provided by the shareholders that sacked her.
what stunt are they going to try to win the votes this AGM , ???? that urgent must do deal DSS last Agm , nothing too urgent about that ...... absolutely nothing done in 12 months.
how long can the regulators sit on their hands about this , it is appalling.
