They seem to think someone can just raise it at the snap of a finger. As insideman said it's just chicken feed to Bleyer.

Very few companies could support a $6.5bn raising in 100% equity. Only the giants, really.
Telstra raised $5.6bn at its IPO on NYSE, underwritten by Credit Suisse. Likely took many months and heaps of investor meetings.
MWI can raise more than Telstra at its IPO? MWI has no earnings, no balance sheet and a management team nobody trusts.
