What bugs me here, is that the directors of PDY pay themselves a lot of money to act in the best interest of shareholders. And given the flow of announcements so far, it looks like that may not be the case. And speaking generally, facilitating a lucrative inside trade opportunity based on a fallacy is a rather demeaning activity unworthy of those who are tasked to generate wealth for faithful shareholders.
