Don’t need all the shareholders to sell. Could do a scheme of arrangement with BoD support and a 75% shareholder approval (by both votes and number of shareholders that participate in the scheme meeting) will get them 100%.Mindy you, I agree it wouldn’t happen at current price. Would need some kind of premium for the independent expert to recommend the deal and get court approval.
