    I calculate that if there is an additional $750,000 raised for this underwritten placement we could expect an additional 44 million shares added to our register?
    The money raised is "for our gold projects???"...Now where have i heard that before????
    Just as well the placement is FULLY UNDERWRITTEN as i certainly will not be taking any of them and i don't think too many long termers will be either?
    Heard this story too many times in the past only to experience further dilution and an ever decreasing share price!!!
