I Dont know much about POH, hence why im not in it, but here is some very wild specualtion, forgive me if im wrong, as its only a small level of research, but POH have been on a significant LT downtrend since april 09. THey have fallen from 18c to 6 cents... They Might be trying to stir up some investor support to keep things going if they are 3 years off and have a SP that channeling down and down. - Purly wild speculation, i might be wrong DYOR

This is all opposed to OBJ which has been on a relatively reasonable uptrend for the same period, granted not at the same levels of SP but none the less its going up, and POH was going down(until the press release). I would say to OBJ's patch could significantly help by bringing POH's drugs to market sooner if they are in some kind of trouble.

Ethanwrain - EXACTLY my thoughts.... timing about everything here is just very "interesting" :)
