I've seen loads of commentary from gold analysts saying $1000+ is just around the corner. I'ver also seen some quite optimistic expectations of $5000+ gold prices!!!
All the high cost unhedged miners will simply go through the roof.
Looking at China I wouldn't be surprised if they remove the peg from the USD and the same time announce a HUGE reserve which has been accumulated over years.
