definitely funny business. There has NEVER been a satisfactory explanation of what PRICE KCN sold 52% of its only relevant business operation for.
Regarding the leases, you would have to think they would be approved eventually. It seems unlikely they would be permanently blocked on environmental grounds. It also seems highly improbable to me that the government would suddenly give the north lease to another company - even in Thailand. So then it just becomes a question of money and how much of it is given to thaksin.
