earning estimates was included in the announcement ... SHP literally had RTO at net EV of $1.5mil, and HT proposes a merge instead of RTO with consideration, that's a big plus to existing SHP holders.
I remembered in old days, I sold a big chunk at 3.7c, never thought I can grab millions stocks at 0.5c, oh man.
