If the Chinese version of TPP, the RCEP (now CPTPP) gets up the ''cat will be well and truly amongst
the pigeons''. Particularly with their propensity for copy-catting everything.
And if India signs up, the TPP will quite possibly be irrelevant. Much like Obama's tenure.
