    Your not thinking properly George. There was a dilution of shares not too long ago which caused a dip and three years back they were three years away from developing a mine. The closer they come to production and further into the development cycle of the mine the higher the price. Also the base metals they are in are needed badly by the chinese and prices dont look to be stopping.
