Yep, why would the retail masses want to chase this to
burn the shorters? There are 38 better targets on the ASX for starters.
Any sudden recovery in the TYR SP won't be due to shorts suddenly closing their positions as there simply aren't that many of them and they realistically would only be on minimal loss/gains which would not cause them to panic. This share has been sold down on bad news due to the said kerfuffle, not just short selling.
If you want to start a crusade against the shorts, try one of these. They are far more illiquid and have far higher short %.
