valad pumped in $382m of net equity into the DUKE jv and that will be written off - so there's 25c of NTA gone.
don't read too much into my 10-15% estimate.
i'm sure they'll find another $200m of losses elsewhere, so $600-$800m is a realistic loss for the half.
which leaves NTA at 0-10c
