amazing how much confusion created by the asx announcement. Another key point that has been missed by all those quick to be negative is that BOS is also contrubuting assets into the JV (read 50/50) which allows VPG to earn fees on a bigger pie and also ride any upside on re-engineering and re-positioning of assets. This point is in addition of course to the many other good points that have been already highlighted.
