A takeover would be extremely difficult. I do not see PB selling this project short, and he holds 42% of LNC. When you consider the potential of LNC over the next 5 years, not a long time for a persons career and wealth building opportunities. So it would have to be a huge premium, which whilst the coy does not have much developed income stream, I could not see the market coming anywhere near what PB expects to make otherwise in the next 5 years.
