it shouldnt.correct me if im wrong.this placement was announced on the 27th july as "placement".at this time the shareprice was around the 3.5c mark.so these investors did not double their money straight away.this new announcement is just to confirm the placement went ahead and the shares have been issued.wether these investors have to hold for a certain amount of time i dunno.i would hope so.
