Rudd with his lovely tax grab could force some aussie based explorer's over sea's and it seems in the media that Africa could be a target and explorer's/ miners are looking at taking positions in asx companies that are already there now......bit of a long shot but with low mkt cap and small share reg. could be a potential target, just my thoughts :)
