brokers will re rate soon once they get a chance to do an analysis of resource increase im sure as for a full take over they have the max amount of shares they are allowed to have already 52% so this is very unlikely to happen they would need approval to buy more which would more than likely be declined also the Chinese are more concerned with getting a steady supply of mineral for the longer term rather than owning the company this means we have our own personal low interest bank to acquire and develop new exciting projects making pem a company to watch
