I very much doubt that will happen, insto's have or are preparing to accept the Ferrovial Offer of $1.50 a share, plus they currently have acceptances of almost 32% of the stock.
i doubt very much any other company will come in to bid higher for BRS this late in the game given also Broadspectrum's bad news of late regarding Detention Center contract which is one of their most profitable contracts.
