Dirty1...LOLOLOL...now thats why you made a stupid question...and looks if they merge be a 2 to 1 or 2.5 to 1 but whatever the 2 companies would unlock a lot of synergy and would in the longrun be benficial for both companies shareholders...CBH 20 shareholders hold 80% stock so the decision is not up to the minority shareholder but the big boys..so we will see what wed will bring us...also PEM/CBH will become or take the place of the OXE so SP around $3 to $5...to come...in 6 to 12 months...so a good deal all around..that is if it happends
