    Why is everyone going on speculation alone. There hasn't been any announcement from Rex. I am sure something so important as this, Rex would of announced it. Especially being price sensitive.

    They have done loads of environmental studies and been working with the state government. Rex would not be so ignorant to not think of every aspect of environmental impact.
