Anyway, yes I can confirm, what Ben has said that Alreco have successfully mediated with Winchester, hence the objection has been withdrawn.Thus council are about to approve app, it just has to been passed from Hugh up to his team leader for official approval,perhaps a couple of days.
Also the cut off time for further objections has been closed. This second permit has passed through council planning a lot quicker than normal, you can draw your own conclusions on that.
Perhaps word is out a there had been a good bounce on a relativly shakey day.
