Thanks very much . I visited the police today and had a brief chat to them and they took some notes . They asked me what time he drives around or his driving habits which gave me an idea . He usually leaves for work at a certain time point so I will give this info to the police and hopefully they can I tercept him on the way to work . And if the intercept him on a public road with his noisy piece of $&@# hopefully they can put a defect notice on it . Any ideas
