Dargues Reef is now de-risked without having to go court. The only thing left (which will not affect the project) is the bio-diversity appeal. When I last spoke to Peter, he said they basically wanted some more land/trees set aside then what had already been set aside (which was already in excess of the standard). so basically moving forward, even if they win this last appeal, all we will have to do it set aside some more trees, and we can still mine. If we win, its business as usual :) either way, Dargues gets mined next year :)

CRC is now essentially re-risked! I doubt the shareprice will stay down here long.
