I live in Perth, and the council is the City of Melville.
Don't like the idea of a granny flat, I want a completely separate house, no common area's.
Don't like retirement villagers or apartments
I just want to design a small eco friendly home, money is not an issue.
The city of melville has changed it's building codes recently, however, it seems to be for highrise around shopping precincts
I live too far away from those new codes, by too far I mean maybe 1km.
