For the record if there is a delisting... ANS will be first Cab off the rank as their delisting date falls before SDL..
SDL is working to negotiate an updated deal....both parties want to make this happen.
SDL still has a fall back deal with the noteholders taking a debt for equity deal and a production royalty. This would mean SDL goes it alone again for funding. They now have some new contacts thanks to ANS. Despite all their promises ANS have failed dismally to put the deal to bed so far to date. Just goes to show that it is not a easy deal to broker...
I still see ANS as a middle man, and as WAPRC and SDL have now built up a business relationship, if SDL goes it alone and WAPRC are still a motivated party why would we include ANS. ANS have introduced SDL to their Chinese contacts but little more than that. On that basis you would have to think that ANS should be more motivated than ever to keep this deal going. It will cost them though, SDL should definitely still insist on funding support and also additional shares in ANS...
