We still need $4 Billion. Chinese and Russian Note holders have best call on assets. China in no hurry as there is no shortage of I/O in the world. Waiting on SDL to delist,( or if we had half a brain diversify so we aren't a slave to China) Cant see any chance of Australian Mum's and Dad's getting 1 cent, So no nothing has really changed!
