I am voting against Mr GC and Mr BF receiving the very substantial performance rights they have been given and deserve far less. Especially at this point in time. Time will tell what performance rights they can be given but certainly NOT to given the 200 million shares and 100million shares respectively NOW.!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The performance rights of GC and BF should be far less right now!!!!!!!!!!!!!! There are numerous reasons against GC and BF to be given such substantial performance rights at this point in time. I am very much in favour of GC and BF being given performance rights but FAR LESS than the 200million shares and 100million shares respectively they want!!!! I am voting in favour of all the other resolutions as they are in all shareholders best interests. Anyone else have any differences of opinion???????
