Selling or closing positions towards the end of a calendar year is not uncommon and should be expected (generally speaking). A lot of funds and portfolio managers like to close positions over the Christmas break. In WHN's case, it seems that the current drop in SP is just a technical balancing act on low volume, with no catalyst(s) to base it off. Farm-in will take a while to conclude, so whatever your expectation is regarding time - lower it. It will take time. Some people have estimated March 2012, I personally agree with that estimate. I doubt we will hear anything before Q1 2012. So take it easy over the break and enjoy your holidays. Things will start moving again in 2012 IMO.
