As far as I know there were no FSGS patients on the 2016-7 Phase 2a DMX-200 trial, so it is possible that the results from the FSGS trial might disappoint (although I presume the method of action for DMX-200 is essentially the same for DKD and FSGS). On the other hand, the 2017 Phase 2a results for DKD patients were deemed "statistically significant" so it would be surprising if the Phase 2b results were different.
COVID-19 remains an unknown, but presumably if both FSGS and DKD trials are positive then the likelihood of a positive outcome is increased.
