Love to know what you think the board have done wrong? IMHO they have created an avenue to sell to the highest bidder. If we as shareholders are not happy with the final valuation then we vote it down. Nothing lost! As I have said before, at $1.90 KDR is undervalued but don’t be ungrateful for the profit you have no doubt made by now if you sell Spotty1 And your mate Jeffrey will make very close to $10,000,000.
