I don’t think you are right about WES being able to buy GXY or PLS cheaper than KDR now. Remember KDR share price was around the same as where GXY is now. I am sure holders would want a massive premium on current prices before they sold out. Given you own GXY and PLS what would you accept as a sell price for each?
The other point is although they are all lithium stocks they cannot be compared. A bit like a Granny Smith apple against a pink lady..
Deal will go through if no other bids The only remaining question is price.
