1.9 is a good deal. Otherwise, we are looking at $200M CR at around $1 with another 200M debt. Massive dilution will never make KDR recover fast to $2. I mean greedy bankers money isn't free. Before the banker lend to you, they will short the hell out of this one. And instead of fight this one off, why not join WES and become their shareholder? With WES, it will definitely go up and running in no time.
