With significant daily sales volume (3M yesterday) at a cent or two under the $1.90 bid price having gone on for weeks since the WES TO announcement, and likely to continue for quite a long time before the bid is formally approved, one does wonder who's buying up all thee shares in KDR over such a long period? Of course, its possible that nobody is accumulating and its purely a case of price manipulation involving friendly parties. Either way, its not helpful to holders mo.
