Yes, though the company also knows what's involved as they have done it before. They indicated last Wednesday that it would be out by Friday. They have got that wrong by 7 days.
The company doesn't have to give us indicative dates but they continue to do so, and continue to miss them. IMHO the continual failure to release on the indicative date could be intentional to keep the price at 2c for the cap raise.
In saying this, I still believe it is a good buy and have been continuing to buy. We will be rewarded.
