The confusion is with strengthing the balance sheet..
If he owns a debt to Intiger that means SRT bought that debt with the deal so sooner or later SRT needs to pay that debt...
If it's a facility which can be draw down to support Intiger business now as its taking more time than inI tilly anticipated it's still a good outcome...
All in all he has done something to accumulate these 37.5m shares... oh well I will have another look tomorrow as my brain is almost dead... might able to understand it better tomorow... today it looks positive to me as it seems like he is happy to value his own debt or money or whatever at 2c.. and he is now got his own 750k into SRT till he gets any performance shares... On top of this, he is happy to escrow them for 2 years... looks positive to me...
Perhaps time to call it a night...
