Yep it's the equivalent of him doing a $750k private placement at 2cents a share, good outcome considering the share price has been about that recently.

I still expect a sell off tomorrow though as the line about new date for meeting is sure enough going to send quite a few running and ducking for cover.

These guys obviously don't care much for the short term at all, it's a positive sign for the long money bad news for the short money, tomorrows open will be brutal I predict shorts will be scrambling to get out.
