The buy rating was an oversight - I left it clicked on from 2.2c. I have a buy order in at 2c right now, but I think I may pull it until I see how Monday morning eventuates. Might be able to get it cheaper.
I think it's fair to be concerned about the wait. How do you miss a deadline you set 2 days previous?? Could be something fishy going on, or not and they just can't get their act together. Once again certain people keep suggesting they have insider sources that confirm everything is good for next week - I would be deeply skeptical of these claims
