I'm just playing devils advocate here, but it would be very easy for this share price to remain capped at 2c. Btw you don't need to inform the market each day you make a trade, there is a time frame if those shares sold / lent are then bought back to cancel out your position. This is just my opinion of course. But recent top 20 shareholder reports show not much as changed and from memory number 20 on that list owns about 4million shares or there about. I think the number 1 shareholder with 100 million shares has an underlying control over proceedings add that to a total lack of any detailed information to the market, seems interesting don't you think?
