Well I revisited my ASX listing rules.

Requirements for notices of meeting says:
"The entity should nonetheless include in the notice of meeting all material information that is known to it and its directors at the time of dispatching the notice"

"The shareholders are entitled to receive all of the information that is material to the question of whether the transaction proposed by the directors should be approved, including all the commercial information that is material to that question"

Maybe they don't consider Intiger's revenue, customers and growth numbers to be material information...either way they can't break the listing rules so eventually they ll have to share that soon
