I guess my question is what kind of recourse we have as shareholders, should EHH fail to rectify the issues with the 2019 fin statements leading to complete de-listing?
Clearly we're still shareholders, but we hold untradeable shares. Once/if they get delisted, how do we sort out dividends (if any) , and comms with company? I'm open to a share buyback if its offered, but am still anxious about the future until we get this clusterfk sorted.
